We strive for continual improvement in our performance on each project by gathering and analysing stakeholder feedback, safety inspection reports and safety audits, scoring the results against key performance indicators (KPI's). These KPI's are identified at the start of the project by the management team and customers. By adopting a common approach to quality we are able to identify examples of best practice and spread these across all areas of the business.
We operate a company wide integrated management system that meets the requirements of ISO 9001 Quality, OHSAS 18001 Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems and ISO 14001 Environmental.
