Commissioned by the Governors of Hayes School as phase 1 of a redevelopment master plan for the site, this new 2 storey, 1,600sqm education facility comprising of English, Media, PE and Specialist Learning classrooms, alternative teaching spaces, a library and exhibition space; is being constructed by Elliott Fastrack using our bespoke steel frame and timber wall panel solution. The building will boast exceptional energy efficiency brought about through innovative design and the use of renewable materials, and utilises roof lights and extensive glazing to bring natural daylight to internal spaces. The external finishes include Cedar Cladding, Insulated Sto Render and coloured feature panels to compliment with the existing school accommodation, with hard and soft landscaping to provide access and amenity areas.
